Lead Well: Policies and Practices for a Thriving Legal Team

If you are a leader or managing partner of a law firm, legal department or practice team, leading well must include strategies for ensuring that your team is not chronically in a state of adverse wellbeing and that there are measures in place to mitigate occasions when adverse wellbeing is encountered. More crucially, what can legal leaders do to create an environment where their teams thrive? What are the conditions for positive professional wellbeing and how can such conditions be created? Partners and management will find this 90-minute interactive seminar useful, as Ms Spearing will be sharing policies and practices that work for other law firms and departments around the world through interactive case study exercises. Ms Spearing will then be joined by her two panellists to dialogue what Leading Well in the legal profession means.
