Asia-Pacific Arbitration Reporter (APAR) features commentaries and primary source material on arbitration-related cases and developments from around the Asia-Pacific region. The articles analyse important regional developments pertaining to court decisions on arbitration, arbitral awards in public domain, and amendments to arbitration legislation and rules of arbitral institutions. The 2017 issue of APAR contains 13 articles, contributed by 11 country reporters (covering China and Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand).
