4TH CRIMINAL LAW CONFERENCE 2019
SEEING JUSTICE DONE: ENHANCING THE INTEGRITY OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROCESS

Criminal justice is multi-faceted and encompasses many dimensions. While substantive criminal law represents an important part of the equation, as a criminal justice system matures, due process safeguards will become an increasingly significant part of the criminal legal landscape. This Conference will consider the many facets of the criminal justice process, including recent legislative amendments and developments in technology, from the perspectives of the various stakeholders to understand how they serve to further the ends of justice and to deliberate on the way forward.

We are pleased to announce that The Attorney-General of Switzerland, Mr Michael Lauber will be the Guest-of-Honour and will deliver the Keynote Address at the Conference.
